These Terms and Conditions govern all digital services provided by Futr Frame, including but not limited to graphic design, web design, and video editing/creation. 1. Project Scope All requested services must be clearly described in the submission form or written agreement. Any additional requests or modifications outside the original scope may result in added fees, adjusted deadlines, or a revised service agreement. 2. Turnaround Time Estimated delivery times are provided based on the project scope and complexity. While we make every reasonable effort to meet deadlines, timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by client delays, unforeseen circumstances, or scope changes. 3. Revisions Standard projects include up to [2–3] rounds of revisions, as defined in the project agreement. Any additional revision requests will be billed at our current hourly or per-service rate, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4. Payment Terms A deposit (typically 50%) or full payment may be required before work begins. Final deliverables will be provided upon receipt of full payment. Accepted payment methods will be detailed in your invoice. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee per week unless otherwise arranged. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Provide all necessary assets (e.g., copy, images, videos, branding guidelines, credentials) promptly Review and respond to proofs or drafts in a timely manner
Delays in providing materials or feedback may impact the delivery schedule and are not the responsibility of Futr Frame. 6. Intellectual Property Rights Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose. Source files, fonts, or unlicensed stock assets remain the property of Futr Frame unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social channels, or marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing before the project begins. 7. Cancellations & Refunds All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Futrframe@gmail.com. If work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of the project completed. Digital services are non-refundable once any portion of the work has been delivered or accessed.

We are not liable for miscommunications occurring outside of these official channels. 9. Confidentiality All project-related materials and information will be handled with confidentiality. We will not share your proprietary content with any third party without your written consent, except where required by law. 10. Limitation of Liability Futr Frame shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Loss of profits or data Delays caused by third-party tools or platforms
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service. 11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 12.
