Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund.

Due to the nature of digital products and creative services, all sales are considered final once work has begun, access has been granted, or files have been delivered—unless the product or service is proven to be defective, or access was not delivered as promised.


Non-Refundable Items and Services:

  • E-books or downloadable content once accessed or downloaded
  • Online courses, subscriptions, or digital services after first use
  • Graphic design, web design, or video editing services once initial work has started or drafts have been shared
  • Gift cards or promotional codes
  • Bundled packages once any portion has been used or accessed

Refund Eligibility Requirements:

To request a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product was not accessed, used, or downloaded
  • The service was not utilized (e.g., no drafts sent, no meetings held, no work initiated)
  • The request is made within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

Refund Process

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card statement
  2. Contact your card provider—it may take additional time to post
  3. Contact your bank to confirm the status

Sale Items

Only regular-priced digital items or services are eligible for a refund if conditions are met.
Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent to you directly, and a refund is approved, a credit may be issued as a gift voucher.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
